The 3 most important New Year resolutions

Well, just like every new year, new resolutions and goals have to be accounted for. I told myself that I would start posting articles to my new blog starting next year (2017). Just as expected, I’m already a day late.

However, as I was creating my blog, WordPress asked me to give my site a subtitle. And I chose to write “New post everyday”. And I meant it. It’s going to happen.

So here it is, 3 new year resolutions that everybody should ask for this year:

1- Health for our loved ones and ourselves.

It might sound typical, but for the past three years some of my loved ones have passed away and have left me somewhat empty in the inside. Therefore, it doesn’t hurt to ask for a little bit of good health in this upcoming year right? Let’s not take our life for granted.

2- Live. Love. Laugh.

It’s impossible to ask for happiness throughout the whole year. Of course we are going to encounter bad moments every now and then, but let’s make sure we “don’t take life for granted”. Yes, I just quoted myself. I wanted to emphasize that.

We only get one chance to live. So whenever you’re doubting if you should do something or if you should go somewhere… Just do it. You might not get the chance ever again. Trust me, you will die someday. It might be tomorrow or it might be in eighty years, no one knows and therefore live as if you were going to die tomorrow. Live as if you could only live every moment one time.

3- Be smart, not rich.

It’d be awesome to be rich and have all the money in the world right? That’d mean that you would have access to anything. However, the odds of you being rich are very low. That’s just a fact, but it’s not necessarily something bad. You only need to be smart in order to be happy. Get organized. Work. In fact, work hard. As hard as you can and plan accordingly to your hard work. Make sure you’re working to live, and not living to work.
